Sincerely, this app has been bad since the last update I get stuck while waiting for verification and I can't use it. I needed it urgently on the 31st of December, but it couldn't come through for me. Even last week, same thing occured. Later in the evening, I saw about 6 verification codes which I couldn't use again because it has long expired. It has network glitches sometimes too. It cost me a lot on the new years eve, so I won't rate it well. 1 star. Please work on it and help solve it.

I'm experiencing difficulties with this app, which appears to cater primarily to non-urgent needs and older adults. While I can purchase airtime, the transfer feature is unavailable. Unfortunately, I'm stuck at the verification stage, awaiting a 6-digit code sent to my number and email, which I haven't received despite multiple attempts. I kindly request that Union Bank enhances their upgrade process to meet professional standards, ensuring a smoother user experience for all customers.

The app is cool, but the only thing that seems annoying is the otp requirement before a transaction can be process successfully. I'll have to wait for long before receiving the otp, and sometimes I won't get it which can be so frustrating. I know it was designed that way for security purpose, but to be honest, it's not really necessary and I believe the cybersec team can come up with a better security idea that won't leave people stranded. Moreso, you people need to work on the receipt design.
