Am rating this app 2 star. The old app is better than this, this new app you have to do everything all over again to be able to use it. Transaction always telling you something is wrong. Also, when making transfer and typing in info the screen cannot scroll up or down thereby making it very difficult to see the amount of money u input and payment description. Also cable subscriptions has been messed up as u can no longer see fees for each package. An updated app should be better & not worse .

The app is cool, but the only thing that seems annoying is the otp requirement before a transaction can be process successfully. I'll have to wait for long before receiving the otp, and sometimes I won't get it which can be so frustrating. I know it was designed that way for security purpose, but to be honest, it's not really necessary and I believe the cybersec team can come up with a better security idea that won't leave people stranded. Moreso, you people need to work on the receipt design.

I love the fact that the app keeps introducing important features with each new updates. However I have not been able to use the app on my android since the last update. It keeps crashing with the error message "Unionmobile keeps stopping". It loads and closes by itself. Meanwhile every other app is functioning effectively on my phone. What's the solution?
