Apparently the sign up option is for show as even after doing so and verifying it still doesn't let you login with valid details. Update enabled login, but it kept saying verification link expured till I copy pasted it into a browser, as it was going straight to the app otherwise.

easy to use app but it would help if you knew more about the product. I appreciate that there are several stores that stock the same product so it can be awkward but to receive a camera body in bright white when you're expecting the standard black is annoying!

Terrible support: be wary that when you buy from CEX you could be buying lost property. Recently when trying to warn them of a lost item, they did everything they could to deny responsibility asking for a Crime Reference Number for a crime that doesn't exist. This means that they can buy & sell lost items acquired by "theft by finding" with plausible deniability. Subsequent items could then be locked & you'd technically be in possession of illicit property as a result of dodgy trading practices.
