I was logged out of my account after installing the latest update (June 24 2024). I tried logging in with my Internet Banking credentials which did not work. I went through the Sign Up process and was able to login. It took a few minutes for my accounts to appear. Manage your devices sends an OTP but the page doesn't complete loading.

Very beautiful app display; User-friendly and Secure. Access and monitoring of my finances is just a click away wherever I go.

Honestly I have never struggled so much to log in to my app a new phone and even worse customer care doesn't assist at all they always insist on going to the nearest branch, well do you have a branch in kitui mwingi ?I have just forgotten one thing and I have to visit your branch ! no point of the app at all. oldies shouldn't use this up at all they'll lose it could you find a way to make the customer care service calls free I have never wasted my airtime like I did this weekend!
