I find it difficult to use and am not pleased with the fact they charge a fee to get a paper statement. It's a default penalty for having limited technical abilities, but changing all my accounts is also difficult. It feels "scam like".

I am using a OnePlus 11 Android 14. The app closes roughly 10 seconds after startup and before sign on. The app worked well on Android 13. It is in need of an update. It is my understanding that all newer phone models are using Android 14 or better.

Transfers are easy and if I ever have trouble, the response is always prompt and concise. I also appreciate the new feature where you can view set accounts without having to sign in.
