The KUM application was created as part of the project Let's Put Corruption in a Museum! to make it easier for citizens to report corruption cases they directly testify to.
In three easy steps, you can report to the Center for Civic Education (CCE) team a case that you believe contains elements of corruption. We will further process this case and, if there is a basis, prosecute it with the competent authorities to take legal action. We will follow the work of these bodies and their actions through regular interest in the phase of the case, and to the extent of our ability we will inform the media.
If we join forces in this way together, we can contribute to make the pervasive corruption of our society unwanted, punishable, incidental, and increasingly place it in our virtual museum, which you can visit at www.kum-mne.me.
The project "Put Corruption in a Museum" is implemented by the Center for Civic Education (CCE) with non-governmental organizations Monitoring and Research Center from Podgorica, Bonum from Pljevlja and For Another from Petrovac. Contributors to the project are the Ministry of Public Administration and the Anti-Corruption Agency. The project was financially supported by the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro with the co-financing of the Ministry of Public Administration.
