Unauthorized auto-bookings and zero delivery Pathetic experience. The app shows cylinders as "Booked" automatically for the last 2 months without my consent. Even worse, it shows them as "Delivered" but I never received anything! The same is happening with my mother’s ID for 3 months. I cannot even book a cylinder manually because the system thinks I already have one. Total lack of accountability. Fix this glitch/scam immediately!

Indeed a pathetic one. Doesn't have any instruction as to what to do and how to. It just goes on hanging. eg. eKYC, nothing happens. Same when you try to book the cylinder, the app shows whether you want to book for others and it ask for registered mobile number and after entering OTP, it goes back to the main menu without telling any reason. Dont have any clue whether eKYC option require AadharRD application, and even with that app, it doesnt work!!. Waste of Time.

I see refills getting booked automatically. I see the multiple bookings never made by me and getting delivered. My cylinder emptied yesterday, I saw that on 1st march, a refill has already delivered....i never booked it now app says I need to wait for 25 days to get a refill. Worst service, will probably change it to any other service.
