The Hello BPCL app is a highly convenient tool for gas booking and managing LPG services. The app makes it easy to book a gas cylinder with just a few taps, and the process is straightforward. The delivery tracking feature is particularly useful, allowing you to see when your cylinder will arrive in real-time. The app also offers helpful features like viewing past transactions, and getting reminders for booking. While the app generally performs well.

Rating: ★★★★ The BharatGas app is quite good when it comes to its core functionality, especially delivery services—orders are placed smoothly and delivery is generally timely and reliable. However, the user interface (UI) needs serious improvement. It feels outdated, cluttered, and at times, even hectic. The design doesn't feel clean or user-friendly, and it gives the impression of an app filled with ads—even though it isn't.

Most of the times site shows 'under maintenance' when trying to book gas cylinder; I keep trying multiple times for several days to finally get it booked. When I say "most of the times," keep in mind I use it almost once in 3 months, and this observation is from past couple of bookings; but it is very frustrating.
