Well, I don't know why the same issue occuring in every devices even after downloading the application in other devices as well. Due to which I won't be able to complete my E-kyc. What is the reason behind promoting the Business application, and due to this I didn't got the access to the personal app. Though trying this for serveral times issues have been occuring like the same. This is giving the worst experience ever.

sometimes When you click on LPC it opens booking details and mostly the option is not working unless logout and login and also when click on Go to personal it is asking to download Hello BPCL app after downloading it doesn't show any booking details but asking to logout from other app. I don't know who and how UI was designed like this. A common just need a simple UI interface needed for booking and checking the gas cylinder. very disappointing

OTP Verification Bug: Even after entering the correct OTP, the app repeatedly shows “Wrong Password.” It also says “2 attempts remaining.” Please check the OTP/password verification logic and fix this bug. The correct OTP should be accepted without reducing the remaining attempts.
