I love the idea, but the app needs work. More than halfway through my work out timer, the app crashes, erasing all my progress, therefore saying I never completed it. I was listening to music and tracking my steps, those where the only two apps I was using and they didn't crash. I don't want to repeat the workout all over again just because the app didn't do its job in the first place. I love the concept, but make it more functional because it didn't cut it for me.
Its very helpfull for those who have time to go out to buy the products needed. I am not one of those people but once my economic status improves so will my health.
I like that you can increase the difficulty once you progress. It saves and shows calorie burn. It may do more I've only had it for 3 days. A lot of good nutritional info!
This app is exactly what I was looking for. A realistic yet challenging run plan for most fitness levels. You can customize the program to your needs. I will definitely be using this app again when my 30 days is up and recommending to others.
I was wondering if there is any counter indication as to trying the diet from this app and the work exercise from another. That is what I will be trying to do anyway.
The diet plan needs to be customizable. I can't eat as many carbs as it suggests because I have diabetes and control it with a low carb diet. Also recipes for the dishes would be handy. What the heck is steamed egg and mushroom soup? Lol
