Gave it a 3 because I have had so many problems unlocking doors and main gate. Tonight I couldn't even get in and it was at 9:30 pm!!! Had to park up front and I am all the way in the back. A long way from the front! Plus we have to pay $25 for 4 days of trash pick up! And believe me the do miss days. Last week the missed 2 days and will not give credit for them not holding up to the contract. However they demand use to pay the $25 even if they don't show up. Very poor service.

App is unstable. Ever since I installed this app, my text notifications are unable to play a sound. And when I type on the keyboard, I do not hear the clicking sound that I'm supposed to hear. When I call myself from the call box, I don't always get the same results. It can also take up in 60 Seconds for my call to go through from the call box to my phone. When my phone rings, the caller ID shows an area code from Ohio. My question to MyQ is am I a beta tester for your software?

Edit: after uninstalling and reinstalling the app (I have a Pixel 7), I was finally able to get signed in without issue. The app works great, but I do wish the favorites could be moved around. The apartment complex I am moving to uses this application, but I am currently unable to use it because I get an error each time I press either the log in or sign up button. Quite literally unusable.
