I only had a 7 day free trial. I think the overall setup of the app is great and the seven day Basics I course is also great. My only complaint is that the free trial offer should be for thirty days, which would give the user more time to determine if they want to pay the whole annual fee, especially since there doesn't seem to be an option to pay month by month.

I absolutely love what this app provides. I have noticed that I'm many of the sessions, the editing of audio is somewhat problematic. When the are pauses during the coaching, the first syllable gets cuts off when the speaker starts talking again. It's not terrible, but addressing this could improve the overall experience.

Once gotten a lot of value out of the podcast. I like how these are set up. Like the Headspace Guide to Meditation, they start with a lesson and then have a useful meditation. There's not a ton of annoying ones, as in some other apps. The unguided timer could be easier to access. Perhaps aa tan at the bottom.
