It has been good ever since, but currently it takes longer to open and again it doesn't allow me to put pin and password. Also the speed during operations is too slow. Can you work on that please. Thanks for your services

I like it (save for one thing) When you try to sign out, which works as expected, you are provided with a popup that asks DO YOU WANT TO SIGN OUT (And u either choose CLOSE or CONTINUE) At first it scared me to choose CLOSE because I didn't want to log out, and I thought close made I have chosen to close the app (not the pop up box) Could you make the options more clear.. Where for example we choose between ( NO, SORRY or YEAH)..I hope it's corrected as it's killing our brain cells for nothing

Everything has been good ever since I started using chap chap app but today morning I have really tried to login but I have failed. Its continuously loading not giving me a chance to type in the password. Today I have really been a big disappointment to my customers. Maybe its due to the new previous upgrade.
