I'm currently on a premium subscription, they charged me $18.99 and then 2 days later a fradulent $10.99, the old premium price, on the same card. Seems like same issue as what the previous reviewer had. Website all down, unable to unsubscribe from service, FB account not replying to my queries. What is this scam? Anyone else faced the same issue? Update: Managed to get a refund on the double charge and unsubscribe after messaging them on FB! Hope this helps everyone facing the same issue.

Fun app. I really think the developers are on to something. But there are certain things that bug me like how the popsical top 10 weekly somehow never changes. Not sure why. Sometimes the app lags really badly. Is it possible that the server is overloaded? And also, there are times that the song and lyrics speed differ quite a bit when the original video voice is turned off.

Overall setup is easy but here's the catch. Minus-One and song quality could be improved. I mean we pay for monthly subscription and deserves better experience. Instead of getting songs straight from YouTube and convert as is, why not just use it as baseline and create better minus-one/karaoke songs? Most songs suck! Kinda disappointed.
