hard to use. constantly forgets the Bluetooth connection, and can't even connect the wifi when the router is thigh through the wall to the smoker. Forget installing firmware updates. It will also give me steps to follow that say press continue when all steps are marked completed but when I mark them complete it refuses to show a continue button. very disappointing and very hard to use. Frankly im surprised it even turns on, on my phone.

The app is pretty much worthless. It originally connected, and I could see/control temp, timers, etc. That lasted for about 10 minutes into seasoning the smoker. Since then, it has never worked again. Hope at some point they develop an actual working app because I love the smoker, but I can't do anything with it from my phone, like I can with my Treager.

I like the recipes in the app, but the app itself is clunky and difficult to use. It usually connects to the grill after a few minutes, and it does track temps well. Keeping it connected to Bluetooth and wifi is a pain, and I end up having to visit the grill a lot more than I should with this technology available. Even my 10 year old pit viper software was more reliable.
