The physical chargers for this service work find as long as you have a physical credit card. The App does not work: 1) every time you do anything in the app it asks you to log in again. With the most recent update it now gives an error loop of "you are already logged in using a different method" any time you try to go to your profile, update your payment information etc. C'mon guys! You need to fix the app or no one will use it!

Thank you for letting us know of this bug in our recent version of the app (1.3.2). We have worked to find the cause of the error and fix it. If you update the app to version 1.3.4, you should no longer be experiencing this login problem. Please let us know if the problem persists and we appreciate your feedback.

Technical issues (update 12/9/25) Some recent technical issues were addressed in updates, good on them! A few more issues persist: -Scanning a QR code doesn't work - permissions showing but nothing appears when trying to scan -Not sure where the comparison went when comparing with paying for gas ⛽ -No way of reporting down charger through the app

unreliable, constantly signs me out and fails to load. How is this hard to make a charging station that works? Vending machines are more reliable. Have never once had problems like this at a Supercharger.
