An ok app with a good concept but poor customer service and advertises false capabilities. The option to delete your account does not work despite being an option in app and am provided with vague answers when or if it is going to be fixed. Also does not seem to log distance accurately some of the time.

My company does an annual charity competition. Used last year and was buggy at best. Says it connects Fitbit through Strava but nobody knows how that actually works with Android. Support is non-existent; they never respond to any posts either. Last update 12/2022 so that says lots. This year you need to have the app open all the time and still doesn't start correctly so it misses miles, ends randomly in the middle or pauses when screensaver goes on, and will delete miles when you click finish.
