Love running for charity, strongly dislike that I can't track treadmill miles. I live in the desert, it's often too hot to run outside and running in circles inside is silly when they can easily tweak the app to accommodate treadmill miles.
I like the concept of this app. I love the motivation to get out and get moving. However, if the app is stopped, it tries to resume your workout from the last place you checked. If you don't constantly check your distance, you will be left with next to nothing to show for it. I am thankful that it supports so many wonderful causes. Otherwise, I may have to switch apps.
This is a really great idea, but the GPS component to this app could use an update. It's frustrating that I walked half a mile, and this app didn't save my progress. I found out that because I turned the GPS off before opening the app and stopping the work out, my progress wasn't saved. Progress should be saved when you turn your GPS off even before you open the app.
I adore this app. It tracks every mile I walk every day I just wish it included foreign chairity's. It runs in the back ground on my Samsung LJ after using FB, this app, and texting my battery is at 64% so it isn't that bad of a battery drainer. A downside is I can't see how much I personally helped but I guess that's so people aren't discouraged.
I used to love this app. But since the "update" it's practically unusable on my Google Pixel phone. Can't swipe to change workout type and GPS tracking doesn't work. I'll ride 30 miles and when I'm done it says 4 or less. Hope this gets fixed, as I got my cycling teammates to use it and now I can't. Huge bummer. :-(
Nice concept. But without being able to actually connect my fitbit to the app is a deal breaker for me. Sorry. But once you do that, I will use every day and be your biggest fan. But until then, uninstall.
