About this app

The Health Passport presents the records visually and graphically to the caregiver and eliminates the need for keeping paper documents.

All EHR/PHR apps fulfill the same purpose, yet each one's layout, UX, and nomenclature differs wildly from its counterparts. This app is no different, but it also fails to load properly when I relaunch it after a period of inactivity. The app prompts me for a PIN, but after entering it a "something went wrong" error message appears. The only way I've found to resolve it is to clear the Charm mPHR app from my phone's Recent Apps screen and launch it fresh, which is very annoyingb

Messaging sits & clocks. I get no notifications. The other week my doc and I ended up on the phone bc neither of us could get the virtual visit working.
