About this app

Charm mPHR is a Personal Health Record (PHR) application to manage the health information of patients securely for themselves and their families. It helps the patients to keep their vitals, clinical observations, and medical records organized from their mobile. Using the built-in Health Passport feature, these records can be shared with the caregiver instantly. The Health Passport presents the records visually and graphically to the caregiver and eliminates the need for keeping paper documents.

It's hard to tell how much is the app and how much is the website it is based on as both are terrible. User feedback is almost non-existent, if it feels you made a mistake entering information it doesn't tell you the problem, it just kicks you out, tells you it didn't work and starts the process over or does nothing. It is the opposite of intuative. Exceptionally frustrating.

concerned about security. Have it for two different doctors. One sign in gets you into both doc offices. One appears to be hacked, doesn't recognize my password anymore, OTP to get in, patient summaries etc now say empty.pdf. If you try to load them. info is just GONE! Try to type message back to nurse get, This address doesn't exist, only now there's three random Indian names that are not part of the doctor's office. Concerns me for the other doctor that there may be a back door to her info.

All EHR/PHR apps fulfill the same purpose, yet each one's layout, UX, and nomenclature differs wildly from its counterparts. This app is no different, but it also fails to load properly when I relaunch it after a period of inactivity. The app prompts me for a PIN, but after entering it a "something went wrong" error message appears. The only way I've found to resolve it is to clear the Charm mPHR app from my phone's Recent Apps screen and launch it fresh, which is very annoyingb
