Crappie app 95% of time it only works on home wifi. When I am at home I use the remote don't need this app.when I am away from home it will only let me send programming to one of my cable boxes.it will not allow me to send any information to the other 2 boxes.it would be nice if they would fix this app. The apps a nice idea but it works like crap
I have a login id and it keeps telling me it's invalid but yet I can log onto the actual web site with the same info and I get in just fine this app sucks !
Updated review from 1 to now 4 stars The app took a few days to work as my account was being set up. Now appears to work well. When not on your home network the channels you can receive are very limited. Why can't the customer receive local channels off of your home network? Would be 5 stars if customers could pick the channels they want rather than set lust by Charter. The reason I cut the cable cord was paying for channels I don't watch or want. Please give customers choices.
Login issues I've installed uninstalled reinstalled. Now about to uninstall as I can log into my account to pay a bill, so my user name & password IS correct. App says it doesn't match "our records" LG tablet. For $120 a month, I wouldn't mind having access to TV content on more than one device in my home.
Not very good I can't watch a show for 15 seconds before it freezes or the screen go's black.
Will not go to TV When out of the home network, the app will freeze when attempting to send the video from the cellphone to a TV using Push2TV from Netgear or attempting to do screen mirroring wireless using Galaxy Tab S tablet. App us also slow, and viewing the TV list of programs is quirky to the touch, jumping up or down the channel guide.
