Useless for out-of-town viewing I was hoping to watch my Charter TV channels while I was out of town. I am unable to do so; I keep getting the message "connect to your Charter wi-fi," and I get no video. If I could connect to Charter wi-fi, which is at home, I could watch the shows on my TV instead of my phone. Maybe this is not Charter's fault; nevertheless, it makes the app quite useless.
hohum When the app is working it is great. Seems like every other time it updates they screw it up. Then they have to update again to fix it. I wish they would just fix it and leave it alone. Mine does everything right up to the point it is supposed to start playing whatever. It gets to "Hang tight. We are almost there." and quits. Never starts the programming, now. smh I had to delete and redownload the app to get it to work again.
Freeze is the Name of APP I just started using Spectrum TV today after four years. ATT Uverse App never froze watching a tv show. The Aftermath Series Ep 1 froze 10 times in less than 4 Min into show. What is Wrong?!?! Very Disappointed! I have Galaxy 7 edge with 32meg memory. With Fast internet this should not be happening. What do I do to watch shows on my Device? Please help???
error c117 I can login but when I try to watch something it tells me to call in with code c117 . I re-downloaded the app, changed my user name, called in and had it escalated twice. week 2 and still nothing fixed. waiting to be called back by engineers I guess. Works on my phone but not my MINIX z64 running Android 4.4
App won't open... I finally downloaded this app, but every time I try to open it tells me that it has encountered a problem. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it, still doesn't work :/ what's the point of offering the service if people can't use it?
Will not load past a blue screen on S5 I've removed and reinstalled this app with no luck. Loads to just a blue screen, I have the current updates on my cell and still nothing. Ironic that this app works great on my husband's cheap Lg tribute...my Galaxy S5, not so much.
Charter Communications, Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks are now one company. If you’re unsure if you’re using the right app for your service area, tap the new “Is this the right app?” link on the sign-in screen, and we’ll help you.
