The app constantly shows me the wrong balance and then has my card get overdrafted. Then of course they add a big fee because I overdrafted. It's like it is on purpose. I checked my account before I go grocery shopping, the other day it said I had about $90. I spent $70 and then I checked later on that night and I was at negative $40. It has happened 3 times in September alone. I even made sure the pending transactions on the card were accurate to the available balance.

This is the worst app ever. It is January 20th 2019, I've been using this app since it came out. Personally I have not been able to get it to load and open into my banking information for the last 4 months. I have tried several things to get it to work such as; deleting and reinstalling the app, installing it on several different devices, making sure the app is completely logged out of, and turning off the device fully to make sure it would work properly. However, nothing done makes the app work

An exercise in frustration, rather than convenience. I moved several hours from the nearest Chartway location earlier this year but still had easy access to my account information on-the-go using the old app. Now, I have to reinstall the new app every time I want to access my account. Period. I recently started working for a company that doesn't use direct deposit and, thanks to this app's connectivity issues, I'm lucky to have it functional enough to let me submit a mobile deposit. Not cool.
