Not Secure Enough for Me I've had a key logging virus on a computer that created havoc. I now have one computer for investment/banking transactions. This app requires that I enter my user name and password that allows me to access all of my many Chase accounts. I want a separate account just for the Ink app so that the app can't access my other accounts. According to Chase, this is not possible.
Ink app Crashes often. Pictures do not save for tagging later. Pull the app off the market until the tech dept can get this figured out. I would expect more from a major business credit card
Honestly, I've never used this app. I'm writing this to let others know what they did to a 4-year loyal customer. They decided to ask me for my documentations. I provided them with all they needed. They didn't accept them for no good reason. Even the banker was shocked of them rejecting my documents. I know a friend of mine having the same account with the same documents but with a different nationality. This is what I call discrimination.
Need password paste I use a pswd manager so I can have long random passwords (esp for banking apps). But I can't paste into the login field or even use split screen to refer to the pswd mgr. All my other apps have this feature. Please enable it.
Not working The last few days it's not working at all.
Used to work With my phones last update the notifications have been turned black and grey. I tried removing it then re downloading it but it's still impossible to read unless I highlight the text. Please help!
