This app never works by me. Always when i try to sign in, I get an error saying Please try again later. I called customer service and they wasn't able to help me with that.
I didn't even know it was possible but for some reason the developers have disabled pasting into the password field which makes it impossible to log in given my secure password I.e. 3ubu8Cyj/:ďukrsx. Guess it's time to change it to password123
Can't actually pay my bill from the app. That seems ridiculous
This app needs to allow fingerprint login. Other chase app has this feature.
Needs paste password to prevent keylogging and ease of use. My password is too random and long to remember so pasting would be great. I cannot use this app until this is added
Not Secure Enough for Me I've had a key logging virus on a computer that created havoc. I now have one computer for investment/banking transactions. This app requires that I enter my user name and password that allows me to access all of my many Chase accounts. I want a separate account just for the Ink app so that the app can't access my other accounts. According to Chase, this is not possible.
