Sick of having to go through the change my password every other time I log in. I use the finger print reader and it says we have detected a change in settings please log in, I go to log in and it say too many attempts made please re set your password! I have entered my password ONE time and I know it's correct. This does this every other time I try to get into my chance. I am really sick of having to go through the trouble or resetting everything.
Horrible app. Super laggy, constantly crashes while using it and in the background. You have got to wonder how much battery it is draining in the background. Takes a looooong time to log in IF you are lucky enough to be able to log in. It's been weeks now and still no fix or update.
Fingerprint log in doesn't work. No matter what I do, it always says "log in to enable fingerprint login." After I log in and enable it, click ok, and log out, it still says "log in to enable fingerprint login." This is trash programming and has been for at least 3+ whole months now, and has made it through updates this far. Galaxy note 8. Still the same after the update on 3/23/18. This is marvelously despicable lazy devs.
Was great, but latest update totally sucks! Fingerprint login won't work, super laggy, and if you do get in, it crashes... Seems like everyone has these issues. Doesn't anyone test this before they put it out? Please, fix this, or at least give us back the way it was before the update.
Fingerprint issues, like usual. Why are fingerprints so hard for Chase? This latest update puts me in an endless fingerprint loop, where it scans, refreshes, then asks afain for a finger print, over and over again. That's of course if it isn't asking me to identify myself via text since it some how forgot my device. Cool.
So far so good, I love the app with all the updates, but I think there should be an update that would allow us to lock or unlock our credit card. I think that would be tight but at least it has the feature to where we are able to mark it lost or damaged and request a new card from the app
