Ratings and reviews

Used to be ok. Now chase travel just straight up doesn't work on the app. Every time you try to click on book a hotel or flight nothing happens or loads. Have tried clearing the cache. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Weird for such a major operation to have an app that just doesn't work at all. Hopefully they figure it out eventually

I am not sure, a little mixed feelings right now. They changed the sign on credentials and could get into my app for Almost a month before I finally was able to get back in the app and they had already suspended my account and wanted the balance. The first time I have ever had a issue with them or any of my other charge card. I am just very disappointed. Thank you.

It is one of the best credit cards in my portfolio. Easy to navigate app. Customer service professionals are phenomenal. Also, it keeps up you up to the minute on your spending habits with trending how much you and a plethora of ideas as to different ways to save and plan for the future. It's an excellent card for everyday use!
