Samsung Galaxy s II:Epic Touch 4G Very Useful, I Get to deposit checks via Online Banking, How cool & view my balance on account while I'm on the go. The only downfall is the fact that the application crash at times.
Easy to use This is a great app for on the go and any time. I check my balances before I go shopping. I make deposits, I transfer money and I can pay my bills all on the go. The only thing is I wish they would let you transfer monies between financial institutions. They tell me as well as other financial institutions they do not make or accept external deposits unless they are ACH deposits.
I CONSTANTLY get this message when in the app or when I'm trying to connect to the app: "We're temporarily unable to connect to Chase. Please try again later." This is very annoying... especially when I'm in the middle of a transaction! I've uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. I originally had given this app 5 stars but now I'm moving it down to 3 stars until they can fix this bug!
Over the past few months, this app has become extremely unstable, regardless of the phone. On my Google pixel, depositing the check has so many issues, from the camera flash never turning off, to showing a plain dark image when trying to take a picture of the check. Also, the fingerprint sign in system has lots of bugs like inconsistently slow load times. Many small banks and credit Union have much more intuitive apps. Depositing checks is literally a nightmate on this app. Please fix it.
I'm annoyed that I constantly have to change my password every other day. It keeps saying I have too many login attempts when I just changed my password 2 days ago and haven't logged in since. Why is this happening?! It's so annoying!! Other than that it works great.
This app is super easy and simple to use. It's very easy and fast to deposit checks, you can even deposit 2 or more at a time! But sometimes when I try to deposit multiple checks the first one will go through and it'll say that there was an error with the rest.
Is it possible to remove that finger print login popup window? I'm sure there's a more unobtrusive way to show that you can log in with your finger. Finger print login fails the first time. It only works after I restart the app.
