Samsung Galaxy s II:Epic Touch 4G Very Useful, I Get to deposit checks via Online Banking, How cool & view my balance on account while I'm on the go. The only downfall is the fact that the application crash at times.
This app is a pain in the neck. After I login It is stuck at the loading screen even though everything is already appears loaded in the background. Clearing the cache for the app (which is very cumbersome) can help sometimes. I am running the latest Android Version (Oreo) on Google Pixel. Looks like Chase doesn't have enough resources for QA and fixing bugs promptly.
Dropping this down to 1 stars now because it's been over 3 weeks since I reported the fingerprint doesn't load with Android O, or any other means of logging in. The app still says loading & gets stuck. Still have to use the web. Unacceptable for a company like Chase. I'd give it 0 stars for the lack of updates fixing these issues if I could. 9/18 update... Still worried about changing the design instead of fixing current issues. Still broken.
Thanks for the update. Your app still sucks. Hire some third graders to help you out. Congrats Chase. You've taken a mediocre app. And ade it unusable. Last update won't allow it to load and open. I realize the 12 year old who writes your programming has to be in bed early, but he could just copy lines from Capital one. They got it right.
Connection speed is unstable in this app. Sometimes loads ok but in most cases it is slow loading or simply is unable to load, so we need to shut and reenter pwd. It looks like there are connection problems with servers. By the way, add new features, watch your competitors' apps.
App never loads in once I login. Sometimes if I turn off my WiFi I can get it to work but that's hit or miss. There have been multiple updates none of which has resolved this issue. The app is basically unusable and I end up going to the browser to do anything for my card. Unacceptable. I'm running the latest Android on the Pixel, stuff like this should have been caught in QA.
It's really annoying how it gives a preview of recent transactions, then says click to view more. Then it shows nothing and says no recent transactions. Doesn't make sense, it should show a list without me having to filter it.
