Review from Lou Horacius
Ugh Worked fine before the update. Now I can't deposit my checks! =(
I depend on this app a lot for most of my banking and bill paying, and it's never let me down. I love it. As I'm typing this I'm in the Philippines and I can pay all my monthly bills from here. It doesn't get any better. 6/25/2017: Don't get me wrong, I still love the Chase Mobile App, I depend on it for 98% of my banking and bill paying, however, my old tablet was outdated and the app would no longer work on it. Yesterday I went to Walmart and bought a new tablet/laptop combo that runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Well, I've installed the Chase Mobile App on it twice now and although it installs quick with no problems, the app will not open. So disappointing. :( OK Chase, the ball is in your court now. Come out with an update that will fix the 6.0 Marshmallow bug.
I've had some trouble with app in the past, but when it's working it's convenient for making check deposits and checking balance and statements. I'm thinking that they have done some bug fixes because it has been working better now. My best suggestions would be to raise check deposit limits for trusted and verified customers with legitimate business accounts, and to make statements more detailed with merchant information, or if there were a way to upload my personal receipts to link to statements, then this app would be stellar and deserve 10 stars!
I Think that Chase mobile App works out very well then going through making a call and they tell you to enter your account number number your social security number and everything. And when they transfer you to a customer Service representative they'll put you on hold for you to wait until it's your turn to talk to them. Nobody ain't got time for all of that and apparently I don't really got the time for that myself. This app is so extremely cool that everybody should recommend to used the chase app. I like it, I enjoy it and I will be continue to use the app Everytime I get ready to go to check and see how much I have in my bank account. Thank you.
Love the mobile deposit. Very handy overall. EDIT: I wrote this review before I got a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) and have had nothing but nightmares with the Chase app since. If I don't log in for a couple days or more, it tells me I've done too many login attempts (after one try) or my password straight up doesn't match, which I know it does because I've had to write down all these different passwords. Fingerprint ID is no better; I choose it in settings, I use it next time I log in, and it tells me I have to log in with username/password and select Fingerprint ID again. Useless. Everything else still works fine, but all this login garbage reduces me to using the app only when I absolutely have to.
Fantastic new design and superior features. Easy, simply, and secure. Is this award winning? Well it should be.. The only draw back is that you can't make updates or changes to the account(s), such as personal information. Which is confusing, especially if I'm able to transfer funds to another account or make those same changes on a computer, personal or otherwise... Will there, someday, be a means of "locking" (turning off) the credit cards like other credit card companies, through this app?
I love it. It's an awesome app. It help you keep up with your balance everywhere and at anytime of the day and night. You can also make transfers, deposit checks, pay bills and send money. You can do it all right from your phone day or night. That is awesome. It's better than going to the bank it self. I love it.
