no longer works well with Google photos, adding many steps to what should be a simple process. will not be renewing my subscription and bummed I have many more months left to try to make it work, or I've wasted my money and the time I spent getting everything set up so it would be easy to make books with the pictures I want before the update that took away a bunch of functionality.

Thank you for finally adding the option to upload all pictures from my phone! Also, would like more options for photo collages. One for 5 pictures and maybe options to rearrange the 6 picture option to the other side. Whatever update you did to the website is horrendous! It is incredibly painful to create a collage now! Please change it back!

I love this as a service, and the monthly chatbooks are fantastic. The photo uploading and selecting interfaces leave a lot to be desired. It would be great if I could see albums in my Google photos, because that would allow me to preselect the shots I want to include. I seem to run into issues every time, and have to attempt to upload the pictures several times. The select and drag functionality is clumsy and slow, since all photos have to be active. Wish I could use a laptop as well.
