I have started the 10 days 10 kg diet plan. But there is nothing mentioned about salt intake. Can we put salt in boiled veggies and boiled eggs. Please clarify these small things in recipe section. I am giving 3 star as of now but if I get desire results will upgrade the rating. Looking fwd to loose 8 -10 kgs by the end of 10 days.
App is very buggy. It takes more than 30 taps just to (maybe) open advert and then diet for the day. Only thing that works is BMI calculator which looks funny (ugly) on my phone. In this state, app is unusable. Diet wise, I don't expect to lose more that 3 kg in that 10 days. It's never that easy, unfortunately. I would gladly try this diet out.... Fix this big for positive rating, even if I lose only 2kg as someone complained. I lost only 4kg in 6 months. 2kg for 10 days is amazing.
App encourages starvation diets. It will cause health problems if people eat less than daily calorie requirement. Yet that is how the app plans meals. The app says drink water if you feel hungry. The body is good at telling us what we need, no need to starve oneself. instead of such extrême diets a healthy diet with something like a 7 minutes workout will help one get in shape faster.

No doubt me and wife are on diet as prescribed in this app, today is our 7 day and my weight reduced thereabout 6 kg during diet I feel weakness but little. Now I can sure that almost artists are using such and appears young than their age.
Not suitable for Indians and one who works 9 to 5. Also seasonal availability of fruits not taken in consideration. Includes exercise regime which can help everyone though.
