Its been a week since they put my account on hold. The documents they want me to send for verification are pretty extensive. having to deal with this has been frustrating. my business is setup as print on demand so someone orders items and I use that money to pay for the items and the shipping and then the left over is my profit so with the order Lopay put on hold I've had to cover the costs with my money in hopes that they release the hold soon otherwise I am going to lose money on this order.

Something's not working, I send the payment request to the card reader and it requests that money but then it's stuck in "authorising". I've been in touch 3 times over three past week but they have no information for me. Downgrading ... The app is good, and the rates are very good, but I always judge a company by its customer service. I just needed help after an appointment malfunction and they got me up and running within an hour of my first email. So I can now recommend lopay with confidence.

what a rubbish app I ever have every week. I have to ask so many times that the payment is not coming in the first few weeks is OK but then OMG I'm not happy at all this app. if you wasted your time and businesses, this is the one app .😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
