Its been a week since they put my account on hold. The documents they want me to send for verification are pretty extensive. having to deal with this has been frustrating. my business is setup as print on demand so someone orders items and I use that money to pay for the items and the shipping and then the left over is my profit so with the order Lopay put on hold I've had to cover the costs with my money in hopes that they release the hold soon otherwise I am going to lose money on this order.

The card reader is frequently slow to connect. Attempting to reconnect is seen to be trying to connect multiple devices. Good rates and payment to account is reasonably prompt, but the poor user interface at point of sale lets it down. Battery life on the card reader is also rather poor. Edit to add: After downloading a system update over a month ago, the device now simply refuses to connect to my smartphone. I no longer use Lopay as a result.

I had quite a lot of problems trying to sign in today with the screen wiping to the side automatically and like it was possessed. I'm also not using the hardware device at all anymore because it keeps on updating when I need to use it and it is just annoying.
