The guest can post a request that includes the check in/out time, hotel class, preferred area, and budget. CheQIn App creates competition among hoteliers (or related stays) and brings in the top three lowest real-time offers.

Map View: CheQIn App displays the top three lowest offers on the Google map, along with the distance between them.

Bargained Offers: Get real-time access to the top three lowest offers from hoteliers (or related stays) by creating competition among them. Every hotelier can see competing offers in real time and adjust their prices accordingly.

Confirm the Booking: Select the best hotel from the top three lowest offers that fits your budget and location. You can also pay directly at the hotel. It is very simple to manage the booking (including the cancellations).
