From yesterday night internet was not working, this app also not working, customer care number is not working, but every month cherrinet calling the users to pay the amount, I think your BPO service to get amount is the only thing that is working properly, Every month 2 or 3 days facing network issues.

In my life if the worst service is provided means it's cherrinet. customer care doesn't respond. there is no technician. no one cares about the customer The only focus is a new connection
