This game is addictive, graphics are great, controls are a bit sluggish and slow to respond. There is lots of things to be done like building up the hospital with different treatment room, decorating inside as well as the outside of the hospital. Manufacturing different types of cures. Plus visiting other hospitals, buying and selling goods. There is just loads of ways to keep you playing for hours at a time.

Game is good way to pass time. However, whenever you want to buy items from other people's pharmacy, the server takes so long to load that by the time you get there, the items are already gone. This happens even even I spend diamonds. Glad I didn't have to purchase the diamonds because I would be highly annoyed. Fix this lagging issue and I'll change my rating

I absolutely love this game! I could play it for hours and it really helped kill time during quarentine. There used to be a similar game for the pc years ago. I enjoyed that game and have missed it but this is a great substitute. The only negative feedback is that it is sometimes hard to get the elixar in and out of the test tubes. Everything else is awesme!
