I dont have many issues with the app, but when I do it's the balance of money I can use, not updating. so I'll go in, check the app, make a payment on my credit and then realize the numbers arent adding up. This is a fairly new issue, but gor people new to the app or banking in general it can be a HUGE deal when dealing with possible overdrafts because your app is having issues.

It was easy to navigate before they updated it now it's absolutely ridiculous! I still can't figure out how to find my activity. And every time I try to Mobile deposit a check it says there was a problem, but it really did work! Ugh! It is absolutely hateful now. You also can't back out of the app.

Previous version worked perfectly. Now suddenly my phone is not compatible with the app update, so I can't update it and can't use the original app either. They've basically cut off my access to my bank account with this useless garbage.
