Ratings and reviews

In the trial - is the CaltexGo+Rewards app satisfactory considering too many bad reviews. Actually, it is very easy. Caltex app developers just need to open the Petronas Setel app and just copy then repack the CaltexGo+Rewards app after copying everything that is mandatory/important for the smooth running of the app system and other things that are important for the mutual profit of Caltex company and Caltex customers. Too many bad reviews from Caltex customers will scare other Caltex customers.

Finally Caltex has introduced TNG ewallet for the app payment option, bravo! I really appreciate Caltex for introducing the Caltex x Grab Driver rewards programme, it is very beneficial to us grab drivers and it has lessen our financial burden with the current low fares. I really hope this promotion can be further extended to help us drivers. Thank you Caltex! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1st time using this New app. Disappointed several times before while trying using the old app before receive notification to download the change of app. Recent status (16/05/2025): have not been able to use the app for few weeks ever since recently updated. Need to walk do manually at the cashier counter.
