Had trouble ordering with the app. Check out kept saying I had no items in my basket when I had two. When trying to change the quantity of an item I wanted to buy, it would not let me for several attempts. I like the convenience of not having to travel to a store. I do not like the free shipping as free shipping is never free and is built into the cost of your items. Free shipping is the biggest sucker tactic in retail. I like chewy, but have had better results in the past.

Question this app's overall rating. Shouldn't take 2hrs to try to unsuccessfully update CC info. No, nothing is wrong with the card, works fine elsewhere. Constant Oops! Something went wrong errors. For the love of god, dump the Captchas. Also can't scroll up, it will refresh the page & blank it. No way to return to home screen easily, no menu. App used to work. Appdemic of poor coding w/many shopping sites & apps now. Suspect many are using the same template. Back to brick & mortar I guess.

Chewy has great customer service, not one complaint on my end for that! The one and only wish would be that they offer more savings, i.e., coupons, etc. There are always coupons for your "first order," just not enough for those of us who have been around forever. I do want to acknowledge that they did recently give me a $30.00 gift card. MUCH APPRECIATED!! Otherwise, pricing is fair enough, and again, customer service has always been terrific!
