Chick-fil-A One^® Members can receive points with qualifying purchases, redeem
available rewards of your choice and reach new tiers with increasing benefits.
1. Find restaurants - Find Chick-fil-A^® restaurants near you while searching from home
or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A^® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like
it.

Note on Location Services: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We ask permission to use GPS only to support local offers and promotions, restaurant location finder, and mobile ordering check-in.

Best food app. Period. I use apps everywhere I eat. Many are awful and a few a pretty good but this one is the best. They obviously put a lot of time and effort into making it meet the varied needs of all their customers. Goofed up your order? Easy to fix. Decide to use the drive-through instead of eating in? Easy to change. A high-quality app to go with a high-quality business. Thanks for doing it right.

Love the place/love the food, but only like the app. Thankfully someone at the restaurant usually knows how to work the app, just wish they would remind me to scan it. The app appears cluttered and the print is small and unclear on how to do things. Feel the same way about the app now in 2025 that I did with the original review in 2018. Wish more games or contests with food prizes were available as a meal here is a higher price point choice.

Chik Fil A says they have order-ahead but they don't. You can place a mobile order but the app tells you it will not submit it to the restaurant until the GPS says you're at the restaurant. And even then it's not ready at the time it says it will be. Spent 20 minutes waiting for just a sandwich and it was a longer wait than just ordering at the register. Response to editor - Im not ordering ahead for "quality" food, I'm ordering ahead to get back to work on time. Fix your app.
