Chick-fil-A One^® Members can receive points with qualifying purchases, redeem
available rewards of your choice and reach new tiers with increasing benefits.
1. Find restaurants - Find Chick-fil-A^® restaurants near you while searching from home
or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A^® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like
it.

Note on Location Services: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We ask permission to use GPS only to support local offers and promotions, restaurant location finder, and mobile ordering check-in.

Ratings and reviews

1200 of my rewards points just vanished! I called the support number. The rep said all of my points were showing up on her side. I was told to uninstall & reinstall the app. No change. I signed in on the desktop computer. No change. I've never had this issue. Unless the correct number of points start showing up on the app on my phone, I cannot redeem them. Ugh!!!!

I love using the app here. It's always super easy & never had them say no to scanning my app. This has happened at multiple other placed. The free food and the occasional reward are great. Especially when you forget your wallet and your kid wants a sandwich. Has come in handy a lot. I would recommend anyone try it out. You might enjoy the free food like we do.👍

I use it often and appreciate the ability to customize and redeem rewards. Had a recent incident issue with payments and tried updating the app and multiple payment methods before resorting to ordering at the drive through. Mistakenly forgot to add a sandwich so we had to go back and buy last one.
