Best food app. Period. I use apps everywhere I eat. Many are awful and a few a pretty good but this one is the best. They obviously put a lot of time and effort into making it meet the varied needs of all their customers. Goofed up your order? Easy to fix. Decide to use the drive-through instead of eating in? Easy to change. A high-quality app to go with a high-quality business. Thanks for doing it right.

Chick-fil-a has to be the worse mobile ordering ahead process I have ever used so far. The whole point about ordering ahead is to have the food ready for pickup when I arrive. I take a calculated approach when mobile ordering so it's not sitting for too long. With a mobile order I never want to be rewarded for ordering ahead by arriving and sitting in line while they make my food like a just placed an order through the drive thru. It's a real shame since the chicken sandwiches are very good

The order itself goes through, but when I try to track it, I get a “Sorry, something went wrong. Try again later” message every time. It never loads the tracking, and when it bounces me back to the “My Order” tab, it looks like I never ordered at all—even though I clearly have. This seems to happen every time we use delivery. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue still happens. Other than this recurring bug, the app has always worked seamlessly. Hoping this gets fixed soon!
