or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A^® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like
it.

Used 300MB in 3 hours after I picked up my order and losed the app. The problem is that it still does not close notifications, nor does it permit the user to close it without Force Stopping the app. The notification says "You're on the way!", but I was there days ago and definitely not on my way anymore. The application is closed, but the notification cannot be closed. Tried swiping left & right, the pulldown option, but no way. Only other way is reboot my phone to close it

Your typical fast food app. Downloaded in hopes to get rewards and use the mobile lane at the local chicfila. And guess what? It didn't work. Got an error every time I tried to submit an order. It would be great if you would put some context in your error messages as to the reason for the error. I tried clearing my cart and reordering several times. I am uninstalling this app. It is complete garbage.

I do love this app but the 'favorites' needs serious improvements. There is no way to save a favorite without ordering it. Even if you do create multiple favorites during an order, it only saves the last one. I typically pick up food items for multiple people and it is frustrating to have to put in their custom items each time when I should be able to simply set each as a favorite prior to ordering.
