Chick-fil-A One^® Members can receive points with qualifying purchases, redeem

1. Find restaurants - Find Chick-fil-A^® restaurants near you while searching from home
or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A^® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like
it.

Ratings and reviews

Redeeming rewards should be easier. While standing in a busy line with a large order, holding up the line while you scroll madly through your rewards list to individually click on menu items is slow and frustrating. I should be able to click on a "redeem all" option and have it calculate and redeem everything that it can bas3d on my point total.

This used to be an amazing app & very convenient! However, a new update that took away the customizations has made the app impossible to use. For example, if I want a bacon, egg, & chz sandwich with no bacon, the app let's me remove egg or cheese but not the bacon. I used to be able to write no bacon but now I can't so I literally cannot order in the app. I have food allergies & if the customization is gone, then have all the ingredients listed so we can remove what we need to. Horrible choice.

It doesn't let me order anything. When I try to add something to my order, it just says "sorry! We're having trouble serving you." I've closed the app, changed from wifi to cell data, restarted my phone, there are no updates for the app. It just doesn't work. A more descriptive error message would be helpful.
