Go for it! Very useful! Some ideas for improvements mentioned I am regular runner with monthly HM runs and four shorter runs per week. Have been trying run acc to Chi Running technique using their book and dvd as a reference. Recently purchased the app and found it very useful to achieve focuses while running. I have some suggestions: (1) Please repeat focus instructions during an interval (a setting for this will be nice) because at times noise on road can prevent hearing them. (2) allow time based programming of each run type like tempo runs, interval runs, LSD runs etc. e.g. I should interval runs should have settings for run \ recovery timings and repeats with audio prompts. IN LSD runs it should be possible to change focuses in initial \ mid \ last parts of the run .. (3) It should be possible to store many custom runs .(4) guided run voice toggle is not clearly visible so I have fiddle with it so that I can get the voice on. .These are just examples. Experts at Chi Running can decide. Giving 5 stars because it really helped despite some limitations. Thanks
