The app is crashing a lot and I try to make order 3 times and it took the payment but don't take the orders through when I call to complaint they always say we will refund tomorrow but no feedback for more than a week even after discussing the issue with their management no action taken and my money is not refunded yet so they have lack of customer service and accountability of their faults.

Find it difficult to use. It's not user friendly. Besides your contact number is not functional.

we have order pineapple as group and what we recieve is totally different from what we order.(all delivered friut is crude.) ofcourse no need to use this app and order some items...it is better to use local nearby shops... በትናንሽ ነገር እንዲህ ካደረጋቹ ....በትልቅ ነገር እንዴት ልትታመኑ ነው...
