Terrible experience with Chipchip. The group buying feature is broken—unauthorized users can join without approval, and there's no option to remove them, which ruins the whole order. After paying, they refunded our money at the last minute without any notice, wasting our time. Also, items show "out of stock" while time is still remaining—false advertising. The app lacks essential features, is unreliable, and needs a full rebuild. I don't recommend it at all.

me and my neighborhoods ordered from chipchip by trusting their service. the order was for the eve of ethiopian new year. but we waited 5 days and still they will not bring our order to the location we first set. but they ask as to go 2 taxo away to recieve our order. the drivers lack manner and the owners can not deliver the products as per first deal. the worest app

i have a very good experience purchasing items from chipchip, and they are very loyal to providing good quality products, but sometimes the purchase we made with flash sells, we have been called n told that price is due to system error so it is only half the quantity u are going to receive. this is a bit disappointing 😞
