Buggy piece of junk. Great app when you can get through an order without a single error message, which is rare. I have been using it at least once a week for this past year, and nothing has improved. EDIT (2025): yeah, here I am again, when the app works it's mostly good, though not the smoothest, but for the past couple weeks it just gets stuck in a loading screen once I log in, despite my doing a full reinstall. Still a buggy piece of junk.

At the end of submitting a delivery order, I tried to select a Tip for the driver. When I would go to complete the order, I got an error: "Your order total was incorrect." I tried several times, backed out and resubmitted, and kept getting the same error. Eventually I tried raising the Tip to a higher amount and the order went through no problem. This may be a bug but it comes across as manipulative.

Love Chipotle, but the app needs serious improvement with functionality and ease of applying rewards or free items (that are issued when pick-up orders aren't exactly right). Fixing issues is annoying and takes too long. The "view bag online" feature doesn't list all items the troubleshooting doesn't allow you to enter multiple issues. (as if it's only possible for one thing to be wrong with an order...) For a company as successful as Chipotle, this app is shamefully in need of improvement!
