Terrible application. I am unable to see my policy in the app. The basic requirement of this app is to show my policy details and allow me to pay my premium. And this app fails to do it completely. I wonder why they even have this application in play store. Going to bank and pay the premium is much easy than using this awful application.

This is not an app... it's a joke only.... same problem I am facing from last 3 months.. after deduction premium before the last date as an auto deduction, still app is is showing pending payment on dashboard!!! 2 time I have raised complaints in CC. This month also I have observed the same problem.. just disgusting..

One of worst Bankig App i have ever used. It takes too much time (even month time) to update the payment and other critical details. Team managing this app is least bother to improve it.
