the new version of the app is very annoying to use and doesn't give you the information you need easily. I hate that I HAVE to have my location on if I want to check the map for available bikes, it only shows addresses in France, and I can't easily filter the type of bike I'm looking for. The old app was simple and straightforward, gave you all the information you needed with no hassle.

App is generally easy to use and smooth. Updates on number of bikes or docks available is reasonably current/ precise. The process for notifying Mobi of a problem with a bike is terrible though. It takes you out of the app and requires you to enter all of your info again. I'm sure their maintenance would be better if they made it easy for users to flag bikes in need of repair.

App is absolutely brutal. Even though there apparently is the pay per use option, it cannot be found through the app. Tried multiple times to buy passes and got no confirmation of buying them but they still ended up going against my account. Tried to update my credit card when I got a new one and kept getting an error. Spent a total of 30-40min just trying to make two bike rides happen and had to call customer service. Meant to be convenient but actually painfully inconvenient.
