Ratings and reviews

I just installed this app and opened it. I was immediately met with the error message, 'we're sorry, this restaurant isn't available in your area, place your order inside the restaurant '. I didn't select any location, the app didn't allow me to even open it. Yeah, awesome app. Doesn't open and tells me to go to the restaurant to order.

Don't assume every location is capable of mobile ordering. I went ahead and made an order after assuming the location selected automatically by the app was the one I was in front of and now a random location I paid has a free meal to give to a worker. Absolutely no way to cancel an order. This is no good. Every other fast food app has this functionality.

The payment options were shaded for no apparent reason and even after managing to pay, it defaulted my location choice to a place over 6 hours away in another state! I had to call that location, they refunded me, but then it of course was to take 3-5 business days to credit to my account. I should have just used the drive-thru. Deleting app immediately.
