App tells you items would be ordered for immediate pickup. Confirmation email just builds on that repeating your order parameters. Two minutes later another email arrives, telling you to wait 70 minutes. In store staff estimates around 45 minutes but recommends to get in line as this would be the most secure way to make sure to get a good bagel and not a chunky one that waited for around 25 minutes for you. Like this there's no point about having mobile orders.
This is quite possibly the worst app I have ever used. After 15 - 20 minutes of creating an account, adding my credit card info and trying to enter an order on a confusing UI, the app kept on defaulting to the wrong bk bagel location and I couldn't figure out how to fix. I eventually gave up and ended up ordering bagels from another place on seamless.
Horrible interface and they don't support or deal with problems when you arrive in store. Made me never go back to store
