Ratings and reviews

The latest update made this app terrible. When ordering a dozen bagels previously you selected the flavor by checking a box on bagels 1 through 13. Since the latest update it is not longer possible. You can only select one bagel of the thirteen with the radio button and must now type each additional bagel that you want manually. Too much effort now. Please fix! Developer doesn't seem to care about fixing issues with app. No response or actions to correct.

can't reach customer service... can't see my purchase... can't get"rewards"

Can't pay. It shows the payment method and keeps looping back to the payment method prompt. Hit submit order and it loops again. Had to use website
