2: Global: Google Play Games: Sign-in/view from pre-game options
Novice Mode (Easier):
Auto set ON at install, & auto turns OFF forever when you’re familiar with the controls
Difficulty “Normal: Android Mode”:
Terrain Avoidance System helps to stop you crashing into the ground
Easier Stage 5 (Maze) map

PLAYER CONTROL TIPS
Tip 1: Learn to quickly lift your left thumb & then touch again to “reset” the distance between your thumb & ship. E.g. push your ship forward then lift + retouch behind & above to fly near the ground, etc.
Tip 2: You can very quickly fire both your Lasers + Bombs by sliding your right thumb up & down over the buttons. You don’t need to lift your thumb (& both buttons are auto-fire).

As a player of the original game as a teen, the game is very close. The only problem is the interface. There should be a joystick. Without one, evasive maneuvering problematic. In addition, the fire/bomb buttons should be next to one another, they are misplaced. Maybe the next version will provide these or a similar remedy. Update: In response to the developer's reply, yes the buttons should be placed horizontally. Also, I will try the on-screen joystick as requested...

Hi Christopher, thanks for taking the time to write a review. Do you know that there is an on-screen Joystick control option, selectable from the Option screen? Also, Bluetooth Gamepads are supported if you have one of those. And do you mean the buttons should be placed horizontally?

I was born in January of '69 so I grew up playing games from day 1. When Scrambler came out in the arcade, I remember thinking it was the greatest thing I'd seen! These guys have done a great job of re-creating this game down to the pixel. I gave it 4⭐'s ONLY cuz the controls suck! However, it's not their fault. Touchscreen controls just dont do well in this type of game. I bought a Nintendo Switch B.T. controller and it paired easily with my Galaxy 8+ & my notepad. HUGE difference! Love it!👍🤙

This is a pretty decent retro game. However I would much appreciate a pay once no more ad version. it doesn't matter to me about free it matters to me about the security and lack of Internet requirements to play such games. Retro games were not attached to the internet nor should retro games on new modern hardware be attached there either. I'd like to see you get paid, but until such time as I can pay one price and remove ads I will continue to block ads in this application.

Hi Shane, thanks for taking the time to review. There is actually a pay-to-remove-ads feature, but you are offered it when you run out of credits, & the deal is 99c for 999 Credits + remove full-screen ads. Rewarded Ads are still offered, but they are optional. Hope this helps! I may make the option visible before you're out of credits now
